Hip new hotel.
Particularly good location in the middle of jackson, easy to get anywhere. Immaculately clean hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom. Helpful staff during our stay.

had breakfast in the café. my twin/double room was available with central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a multi-channel television. the location nearby a bus station was good. there were a good choice of restaurants to eat, like barkaiztegi that was only 25 minutes' walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was extremely convenient, with a bus stop right near the hotel, making it easy to explore the city center. the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a beautiful bathroom. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with useful information about transportation options and local attractions. the hotel also had great facilities, including a coffee machine in the lobby and nearby cafes and shops.
The pillows in the room were a bit too firm for our liking.

The Location: Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions like the Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium and La Concha Promenade. It's like having the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy everything San Sebastian has to offer.
Taxi Expenses: The only inconvenience we encountered was the pricey taxi service, especially for those traveling without a car.

The airport is conveniently close. I had a nice walk along the La Concha Promenade and enjoyed the sculptures. Calle Mayor was a fun place to explore.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. Perfect in every way.

The rooms were clean and new, just like the pictures. The water pressure in the shower was great and felt like a spa experience. The location was not too far from the city center, making it accessible. Additionally, having a car was convenient for finding street parking during the day and at night.
The location was a bit far from the city center, which was inconvenient for dining out locally in the evening. Street parking was also difficult to find and we had to drive around the block several times.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The private bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected to the outside world. The location of the property was strategic, with the Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium just 2.5 km away, and the stunning La Concha Beach a short 2.4 km distance.
Limited reception hours.
